MTS members now have access to an online video platform called LifeSpeak. The five- to ten-minute videos cover a wide range of mindfulness and whole-body wellness issues, providing support and advice from experts on addiction, quitting smoking, debt, stress, healthy eating, and so much more.
The MTS-LifeSpeak Library can be accessed through the MTS website, via the Quick Links box on the righthand side of the My Profile page.
Effective March 1, 2020 to March 1, 2021, our Short Term Disability premiums are increasing from 0.18% to 0.21%. Long Term Disability premiums are unchanged.
